A Notion template that works:

This is a simple template that helps us catalog new information, stay on top of to-do lists, and make incremental progress in every aspect of our life that we choose to measure.

Unlike other Notion templates that focus solely on productivity, this template goes a step further and helps us in being intentional with our time. The primary goal is to allocate time for non-negotiables such as quality sleep, daily workouts, and focused reading sessions — simple activities that compound overtime when performed daily.

This template is designed to be simple & efficient. It has worked for me for years, and I attribute a lot of my personal success to this framework.


How to use this template:

  • Each row of the table is a page.
  • Every morning, begin by duplicating the page from the previous day.
  • Update the table checklists as you proceed through the day. (Completion scores will update automatically)
  • Review pending tasks and create new ones.
  • Customize the page to suit your lifestyle, preferences, and needs.
  • Add content — notes, reminders, links, pictures etc. that you want to revisit the next day.
  • Delete the items that are no longer needed.
  • Repeat the above steps every day to make incremental progress.
